Founded by Jay and Chabry Marks, our business was born out of a shared vision to serve Louisiana communities with integrity, quality, and heart. What began in 2017 with two small investment properties has grown into a trusted local company helping homeowners and commercial clients build stronger, safer spaces across Louisiana.

After witnessing the devastating impact of Hurricane Ida and hearing countless stories of out-of-state contractors taking advantage of local families, we knew we had to step up. With a background in coaching, leadership, and business, Jay left a successful career in college athletics to pursue construction full-time—bringing the same discipline, teamwork, and purpose to every job site.
